Redesigning an Amazon product experience to improve trust clarity, purchase confidence, differentiation, and measurable conversion performance in the supplement space. Led research synthesis, information architecture restructuring, and visual trust sequencing under static-image platform limitations.
Key Outcomes
• Conversion increased from a 15–18% baseline to 22–24% post-launch
• November revenue +45.6% YoY under flat traffic
• December revenue +33% YoY despite 19% lower sessions
• Pricing and promotions remained stable

A New York City platform connecting underserved communities to housing, food, healthcare, and employment resources. Designed across the full platform — landing page, services discovery flow, client, CBO, and admin portals — leveraging an AI-assisted workflow with Claude to move from concepts to interactive prototypes rapidly, iterate continuously, and close the gap between design and engineering on a live product.
